The site is divided into three distinct sections of interest to the author.

The Art section is a simplified online art gallery featuring the author's artworks as a figurative expressionist artist.
Bird section serves as a visual clarion call to address the alarming eschewed relationship between man and nature in the context of an extant  population of wild birds struggling to survive in the UP Diliman campus.
The Run section is a simple personal chronicle of the author's involvement in running, nudging the activity beyond a lifestyle of fitness and health to a philosophy of life.
